Primark opens in Center Court, adjacent to another prominent international retailer scheduled to open in Fall 2023, and will replace a former J.C. Penney, revitalizing the space.
Primark has been expanding rapidly across the US. Green Acres Mall marks Primark’s seventh store in New York State and follows the opening of a new store at Arundel Mills in Hanover, Maryland, which opened last month.
Next, Primark is also expected to open at The Mills at Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth, NJ on July 6, and Crossgates Mall in Albany, NY on July 20. Looking ahead, Primark aims to scale to 60 stores by 2026, and also announced plans to further expand into the southern US, including in Texas.

Green Acres Mall marks Primark’s seventh store at a Macerich property and is one of Primark’s largest U.S. landlords.
